Nano technology wall paint is a complete water based material that is applied to the walls as a substitute for traditional paint. The effect is created by non-toxic nano particles with a diameter of one hundred thousandth of a millimeter. The significant breakthrough with this development is that the paint contains no biocides, solvents and coating preservatives. Since the nano-particles used in Bioni Hygienic are solid bodies, the system's efficiency retains its effect permanently. The rapid degradation of the protective function due to the evaporation of effective ingredients - as is commonly the case with biocides in conventional paints - does not take place. This property of our products, along with the absence of biocides, solvents, plasticizers, and preservation agents ensures that no indoor air pollution is caused by our low-emission Bioni coating.
Germs, bacteria or fungal spores brought into contact with the surface coated with Bioni Hygienic and the integrated nano particles, for instance by the movement of air, are very quickly eliminated. The wide-ranging effects produced by the nano coating result not only in an improvement in the level of hygiene in medical and nursing facilities of all kinds, but also offer maximum protection against the formation of mould and mildew in bathrooms, toilets, washing areas and kitchens.
The anti-microbial effects of Bioni Hygienic have been demonstrated in extensive studies. In addition to the direct inoculation of coating samples using inoculating loops according to Ph.Eur.2.6.1. the reduction in hospital germs such as staphylococcus aureus has also been examined. In hospitals in particular, interior wall paints and coatings are subject to extremely high chemical and mechanical demands. In order to meet these demands, Bioni Hygienic has been designed to provide a high degree of resistance to both cleaning (wet abrasion resistance class 2 according to DIN EN 13300) as well as to chemicals. In addition, the coating is non-flammable (building material class A2 according to DIN 4102-1) thus providing a unique supplementary safety feature.

The eclipse system is designed for folding doors in exterior residential or light commercial applications. It has been specifically developed to allow the opening to be effectively weather-sealed for exposed environments.
It enables up to 8 doors in both directions to be folded to the side of an opening and is suitable for housing, apartments, cafes, restaurants, hotels and shop-fronts.
A typical installation of an eclipse system would be glazed doors opening out onto a balcony or patio. It can be used in place of aluminum, wood or uPVC sliding doors.
Metal Roofing
A metal roof is a roofing system made from metal pieces or tiles rather than the traditional material for roofs. The lowest end metal roofing (thin gauge with acrylic or polyester paints) commonly called AG (agricultural) or Utility panels will last 20-30 years which is roughly 2 times the lifespan of an average asphalt roof. Sheet materials like stainless steel, copper, zinc and aluminum are inherently durable; the oxidization of the base material forms a protective patina. Some modern steel roof sheeting materials are coated with an alloy of zinc and aluminum to give it some of the durability of each of those materials at a lower cost and higher strength than either. Copper and Zinc details have historically been proved to last upwards of 100 years with little or no maintenance. The average life-span of asphalt shingles today (since 2001) is 6-9 years, while residential and commercial grade metal roofing usually lasts from 50-100+ years, depending on the type. The coatings and fixings on steel roof sheeting can be designed for different environments including industrial and marine locations.

Metal roofs are often used to cover large buildings because of their high strength to weight ratio. The roof of the new Wembley Stadium is an example. It consists of approximately 40,000 sq ft (3,700 m2) steel sheeting.

Snow shedding: Painted metal roofs are usually snow-shedding. Snow can usually collect when it is fresh and lighter weight. As soon as the ambient temperature rises a couple degrees, the snow usually just slides off. For this reason metal roofing is ideal for homes in northern or mountain regions.
Metal is readily recyclable. Aluminum and copper roofing products are available with over 95% recycled content. Most metals can be recycled over and over without losing any valuable properties. Recycling is very efficient. As an example: recycled Aluminum only requires 5% of the energy to produce as does new Aluminum.
Design flexibility: Some Steel roofing products can be installed over open framing, or on a solid substrate.
Energy efficiency. Coatings with high reflectivity like Kynar with "cool roof" pigments commonly save 20-30% on air-conditioning costs due to reflecting away much of the sun's heat. Increases the thermal efficiency of buildings in high temperature areas with its cool-roof paints and high emissivity.

You can also set it up so it can vary the on and off of the lights by 45 minutes. So it will randomly pick a time to wait to turn the lights on, another 30 seconds or 30 minutes.
