Did you want to be listed on our website? If you have an existing website and would like to be listed on our site, please contact us. We will require your first and last name, the company you work for, your contact information including, phone, cell, email, fax etc...As well, please send us your picture and a small blurb about yourself. Note, in order to be listed and for reciprocal links to work, you must have an existing website where you are willing to list our website URL on your site as well.
Referrals A Odenza Homes understands the importance of forging long standing relationships surrounded by a foundation of trust and mutual benefits. We understand that a key element to being successful within the real-estate industry is referrals. That is why we're offering an incentive of $2500 for every successful new home building contract referred to us by you.
Reciprocal Links One benefit that we offer realtors is the exclusive rights to our listing of 'lots for sale'. We have a large database of available lots all across the Lower Mainland. If successful completion of a sale occurs, we do ask for a $2500 commission for introduction to the listing. However, if that client who bought the lot decides to build with us, we will return the $2500 back to you as a referral commission. (Note, Odenza Homes will make the first contact between clients, after which the realtor can take over all discussions.)
