  • We are able to manage the payment structure of your project and ensure payments are not made until the works have been completed to the relevant specifications.

We know the contractors who do amazing work all the time, and we know the contractors who use poor workmanship. The contractors we use will come back after your house is built and fix things under warranty whereas that would be close to impossible for you to arrange yourself.
