| Green building and environmental sustainability is our #1 priority while creating your dream home. We never cut any corners when it comes to the well being of our planet. Recently, Odenza Homes completed and achieved its newest Platinum Certified Built Green home in the Westside of Vancouver. One of our best achievements, this accomplishment solidifies our position and our dedication to the sustainability of the environment.
Under the Built Green Program for British Columbia, there are 4 certification levels that represent energy efficiency for a home in BC. Platinum certified represents a newly built home that's accompanied with the high level of energy-efficiency. |

| Upon completion of the home, we brought in a third party certified energy advisor to run a blower door examination. A blower door test which generally takes an hour for completion is used as a diagnostic examination to measure the air-tightness of buildings and to help locate air leakage sites. |
