  Odenza Homes No. #21
Finish level: LXC / Square feet: 2896
This luxury premium home situated on one of Vancouver's highest residential peaks was originally a subdivided lot. The home owners decided to build two brand new custom homes rather than just one. The first of two homes is the one in which the homeowners currently reside in. A luxury premium home by all standards, the homeowners did not hold back on any extravagances when designing their home. The exterior of the home is finished with grey stucco, while the pillars along the sides of the stairwell are covered with cultured stones.

As you walk through the interior, the house is finished with deep cherry stained real hardwood flooring which is consistent throughout all three levels of the home. You'll also notice the extravagant 10 foot coffered ceilings on the main floor, along with the elegant wainscoting that runs throughout the entire living room.

The open concept kitchen is finished with custom built cherry stained cabinets to match the hardwood floors with a unique finish that adds texture and flare. As well, real earth toned granite is used to cover all countertops within the kitchen and accompanied by state-of-the-art named brand appliances.

While walking upstairs you'll notice that the stairwells are unique in that it's also finished with the same material and colour used for the hardwood flooring. The third floor has three bedrooms which includes a master bedroom with a breathtaking view of Vancouver and its surrounding mountains. Inside the master bedroom contains elegantly designed window frames which run along the entire North East side of the bedroom. The master bathroom which includes a full Jacuzzi bathtub, dual sinks and a stand-up shower system is connected to the master bedroom by the walk-in closet. Each bedroom upstairs also contain its own unique custom built tables and shelves that is built onto the walls.

The basement suite includes its own fully functional kitchen, two bedrooms and two washrooms. The back exterior includes a two level patio, a large custom landscaped yard and a 2 car garage. However, the most unique feature of this house is a custom designed and integrated 2 person ELEVATOR that runs through four separate levels of the home.

  Odenza Homes No. #20
Finish level: LXD / Square feet: 2868
This luxury designer house is the second of the two custom homes built on a subdivided lot. The exterior is finished with sky blue stained Hardy Plank, while cultured stones also cover the front entrance stairwells. This home was designed with more of a West Coast flare than its neighbouring sibling.

The interior of this home was designed with a simplistic elegance yet modern approach. The coffered ceilings are also raised to 10 feet high, while the hardwood floor is a dark Oak stand finish. The kitchen in this home is connected to the TV room yet separated from the living room. An abundance of natural lighting is used to brighten up the kitchen even on the cloudiest of days. The custom light grey granite countertops and cabinets were also built with a more modern approach and painted white to watch the light coloured walls.

The third floor of this home contains 2 bedrooms of equal size and a master bedroom along with a master bath that contains a modern bathtub, stand-up shower and dual sinks. What's unique about this home is an addition of a loft like den on the top floor. On one side is the stairs and on the other side is a sliding window and patio with a view of Vancouver.
The basement of this home also has its own suite with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. The back exterior of the home has a private landscaped yard leading to the garage and a patio perfect for those summer time BBQs.
