Design and Client Services provided by ODENZA HOMES LTD.
- Primary goal is to help to facilitate clients end vision.
- Work in conjunction with the architect draftsperson on drawings/floor plans to produce a plan suited to client's individual needs.
- Will work in conjunction with clients on custom homes, providing options and access to suppliers.
- Source and negotiate product from suppliers.
- Provides samples for flooring, tiles, fixtures ...etc.
- Co-ordinate to have materials on site as needed by trades persons.
- Liaison between client and project manager.
- Provides pre-visual digital renderings and flythrough of homes (additional charge).
The Design Fee includes the following:
Exterior Design
- doors / windows / soffits / gutters etc.. (colour/ configuration)
- exterior finish (material / colour)
- stone work, copper details etc... where applicable
- decks / railings / finishing details (mailboxes / numbers / etc)
Fireplace Mantles (x 2 or 3)
